¾ cup water
6 tbsp milk
3 tbsp butter
½ tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
¾ tsp salt
6 tbsp oat bran
3 cups bread flour
¼ tsp yeast
¾ cup chopped pecans

Put all ingredients except pecans in the bread pan. Set for white bread, medium crust. Add pecans after first kneading or when the machine beeps to add fruit or nuts.
