2 large avocados
1 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped (or 4oz can of tomatillos, drained and mashed)
½ small white onion, chopped
2 canned serrano chillies, chopped
1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Mash the avocados into a bowl and mix with other ingredients. Season with salt and serve immediately.
