Superslaw (Cabbage Salad)

 8 cups shredded cabbage (maybe made of a mixture of cabbage)
 1 cup chopped onions
 1 cup grated carrots
 1 cup sliced radishes
 ½ cup vegetable oil
 ½ cup vinegar
 ¼ cup sugar
 1 ½ tsp salt
 1 tsp celery seeds
 ½ tsp dry mustard
 ¼ tsp pepper
 ¼ cup cup sour cream

In large bowl combine vegetables.

In small saucepan combine remaining ingredients except sour cream; stir over low heat to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and add sour cream, whisking until smooth. Pour dressing over vegetables and mix well. May be served immediately or chilled before serving; keeps several days in refrigerator.
