¾ cup mashed potatos
⅔ cup potato water
3 tbsp vegetable oil
½ tbsp honey
½ tsp salt
3 cups bread flour
1 tbsp yeast

Put ingredients in bread pan. If you don’t have the water the potatoes were boiled in, use plain water. Set for white bread, medium crust.

The recipe is based on plain mashed potatoes – not milk, butter or salt. However, if you have leftover mashed potatoes with additions, just adjust the recipe slightly for example reducing the water by 1 tablespoon.
