¾ cup milk

6 tbsp water

3 tbsp vegetable oil

4 ½ tbsp sugar

1 ½ tbsp grated orange peel

1 ¼ tsp ground cumin

1 ½ tsp salt

3 tbsp Cornmeal

¼ cup bread flour

¾ cup whole-wheat flour

¼ tsp yeast

Put ingredients in bread pan. Set for whole-wheat bread, medium crust.
