Chimichurri Sauce

This is not very authentic but good nonetheless.

 ¼ cup olive oil
 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
 1 tbsp lime juice
 1 tsp chopped garlic
 1 cup chopped green onions
 ½ cup chopped fresh coriander
 ½ cup chopped parsley
 2 tbsp seeded and chopped jalapeno

In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until combined but still with a bit of texture. Season with salt and pepper.
