Basil Tomato Parmesan Bread

 ¾ cup water
 6 tbsp milk
 3 tbsp olive oil
 ½ tsp sugar
 ½ tsp salt
 3 tsp dried basil
 ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
 3 cups bread flour
 1 tbsp yeast
 6 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes

Add all ingredients except tomatoes. Set machine for white bread, medium crust.

If tomatoes are oil-packed, blot them dry. Tomato oil may be used instead of all or part of the olive oil in the recipe. Chop tomatoes or cut with kitchen scissors. Add them to the dough after the first kneading, or when the beeper indicates it is time to add fruit.
