Asparagus with Lime

 2 lbs asparagus, trimmed
 2 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
 1 tsp grated lime rind
 2 tbsp lime juice
 2 tsp liquid honey
 ¼ tsp salt
 1 pinch pepper
 1 tbsp each chopped fresh mint and chives
 2 tbsp diced sweet red pepper

In large skillet, simmer asparagus in salted water for 6 minutes or just until tender. Drain on towels: transfer to platter.

Whisk oil, lime rind and juice, honey, salt and pepper; stir in mint and chives. Drizzle over asparagus; garnish with red pepper.
