I like this recipe because it has minimal ingredients, tastes good and can be put on a timer.

1 ½ cups water

¼ cup oil

1 ½ tsp salt

¼ cup sugar

4 cups bread flour

2 tsp active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in above order in bread pan. Select Light Large setting.
